  • We take you to our clients at an early stage, because onboarding does not only work in theory
  • Our front and back office team will ensure that you are equipped and ready to go from day one
  • You get additional support for onboarding from a colleague - your so-called mentor - who does not work with you every day. Because we want you to have a contact person who introduces you to our consulting concept, listens to you, and supports you without having to deal with the daily training topics
  • During the first six months, you can also use monthly check-ins with your supervisor for a brief exchange of information. A little more time is provided for in the feedback sessions which take place after three and six months.

  • We of course offer the option of a mobile office. We leave it largely up to you where you want to work when you are not with the customer - café, park, your own couch - you know how to perform at your best
  • We live customer orientation. This means that there can always be very intensive project phases. If you notice that you need some time off to take a breather, we offer you the opportunity to take recovery days
  • In your private life, things can change quickly - you can adjust your vacation plans when important private events are scheduled with family or friends. We do our best to make the changes possible

WHAT DIFFERENTIATES S&P Consulting?

S&P is one of the very few management consultancies that, on the one hand, combines the business and strategy view with the structure and personnel view and, on the other hand, successfully manages the paradox between expert consulting and systemic organizational consulting. Although this combination implies high demands on the consultants, it represents a very clear unique selling proposition of the company in the consulting market. S&P addresses its clients’ needs that are currently neither convincingly met by strategic expert consultancies nor by typical systemic process consultancies.

  • As a rule, large expert-oriented consulting firms do not have the necessary attitude and intervention repertoire to effectively deal with the complex, diverse, and non-linear tasks in these transformation processes. However, they are professionally organized and have a global presence and therefore, in many cases, there is no other alternative today
  • Due to their consulting attitude and their intervention repertoire, consulting companies with a systemic character are more likely to do justice to the existing organizational complexity. Today, however, they often do not have the required and necessary professional structures and are therefore usually not considered as providers when it comes to accompanying national and international transformation processes that require a coordinated approach with consulting teams of >10 consultants in the project
