The ECNU-S&P Research Center’s goal is to develop and validate appropriate concepts, models, methods and tools, effectively utilizing them as well as the modern information and communication technologies (ICT) within the context of change processes in organizations and in the education sector. In particular, the research will focus on which change impulses are triggered when using ICT and how these impulses will provoke sustainable culture changes, not only in education but also in other sectors, such as business and healthcare. In the stage that follows, innovative PERFORMANCE SIMULATORs will be produced as an ICT to significantly increase the teachers’ qualifications.

Vertragsunterzeichnung Gast-Professur Robert Sedlak

As remarked by Guest Professor Robert A. Sedlák, “I am very pleased to see that the ECNU-S&P Research Center’s establishment will promote the research exchange between China and Germany. Innovation, particularly in the education sector, always comes across resistances in terms of the organizational structure. I am certain that, by applying modern information and communication technology – such as the development and production of innovative PERFORMANCE SIMULATORs -, we’ll be capable of sustainably achieving the necessary changes of organizational structures and personal competencies development.”
